The Inspired Bliss Tea blend a great tea to start your day. If you like the full-bodied flavour of English Breakfast tea, then you will love this premium Aussie version with Ceylon and Assam black teas with white tea and rose petals. This tea isn’t just for breakfast, you can happily drink it all day long.

This tea has about a third of the caffeine of a regular cup of coffee, so it’s a great alternative to a coffee if you are wanting to reduce your caffeine intake. I recommend you hydrate with a glass of warm water and lemon before you drink your tea.

The Focused BlissTea blend has been hand-crafted with beautiful herbs traditionally used to aid memory and concentration. This tea is great when you are working on something that requires focus and concentration. This tea can also be used if you are studying as it may help keep your head clear, aid cognitive function and improve memory.

The Relaxing Bliss Tea blend has been handcrafted to help you relax and unwind. The intention of this tea is to find the serenity in the present moment.

I have been working from home for about 15 years. I love working from home. I drink these teas to help me manage my energy through the day. I easily feel stressed, so that’s why I love the Relaxing Bliss Tea. But I only towards the end of the day, otherwise I wouldn’t get enough done!

Blissful Brewing

Please refer to the directions on the package of each individual teas. As a general guide, bring these blissful herbs alive by infusing a heaped teaspoon in a freshly boiled cup of water for at least 5 minutes or in your teapot of choice.

Inspired Bliss: Ceylon and Assam black tea, white tea, and rose petals

Focused Bliss: Rosemary leaf, Ginger bits, True cinnamon, Parsley, Paw paw leaf, Flax seed, Sencha green tea, and Turmeric

Relaxing Bliss: Lemon balm leaf, Peppermint leaf, Ginger root, Liquorice root, and Bacopa leaf

Lovely blended and packaged in Australia using local and imported ingredients.

Blissful Storage

Store in a cool, dry place. Keep in the packaging making sure it is resealed. Alternatively decant into an air tight glass jar or other container. Please shake the contents before using to ensure the tea ingredients are mixed together as they can settle after packaging.
