I spent part of my childhood living in the Northern Indian town of Dharamsala. My mother was studying Buddhism (this was the early 1980s before many people knew about H.H. the Dalai Lama). One of my most treasured experiences is drinking hot, milky, sweet chai with a spicy samosa.
When I was creating the first teas in the TeaBliss range, I couldn't just have one type of chai. I love the sticky chai for it's hint of sweetness and I love the super foods chai blend because it tastes amazing and packs in so much goodness.
Most of the time, I drink my chai without milk, but if you want, you can add cow's milk or your favourite alternative such as oat milk, almond milk, or coconut milk.
